Kadai Paneer - By Chef Rodricks

INGREDIENTS

2 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
3 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds
1  Tablespoon Fennel Seeds
4 pieces dry red chilli
half Tablespoon Black Pepper Corn
200 Grams of home made cottage cheese (Paneer) cut into Cubes.
2-3  Tablespoon Oil
3-4 chopped Tomato
half  Tablespoon Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
One Medium Green Bell Pepper Cut into cubes
One Medium size Onion Cut into Cube
1  Tablespoon Garam Masala
1  Tablespoon Fenugreek Leaves Dried

METHOD

For Kadai Masala - Dry Roast 2 red dry chillies, fennel seeds, 1  Tablespoon cumin Seeds
2  Tablespoon Corinader seeds, Pepper corn - Till Roast and Fragrant.
Cool it and grind into coarse Powder. (keep it on the side)

Heat the oil in a pan and add the remaining Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli and Saute till
Seeds Crackle.

Crush the remaining coriander seeds and add in the oil with tomatoes.
Saute till the tomatoes are tender.

Add the onion and Bell peppers, cottage cheese and saute it.

Add the Kadai Masala and chilli powder,  Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Finish it by adding garam masala and Fenugreek leaves.
